Body Positions – Part 3
Aug 5th, 2008 by Leo
This is for more advanced riders: if you already have a good grasp of basic body position (see “Finding the Right Position“) and have a good grasp on the idea and purpose of shifting your body’s weight in corners (see “Body Positions: Hanging Off”) are really ready for a more advanced approach, this video is the best you can get short of getting your own riding coach.
But I must warn you, if you’re not really solid with the basics, and what I’ve written so far in the other posts, then this video will probably only confuse you… or at the very least it won’t help you just yet… Something like 98% of riding and cornering is covered in the other two posts – here’s the last 2% that separates the real pros from the rest of us.
