I don't see how he's "reading" anything. It's the mercy of the other riders, pedestrians and cagers on the road that he's not killed. But, my sense IS that the rider doesn't have a family or kids. I expecially like the frequent squeal of breaks and tires locking up. In Part II to you get to see him high-side into a bus? My heart is in the throat watching that. One can ride both aggressively and skillfully and not endanger pedestrians or run red lights. I don't disagree that this guy can read traffic, but running pedestrians off the street is going too far to me. That said, it might inspire my morning ride down Franklin between Market and Bay (SF).
