And I like the feeling of coming back from upstate or Jersey and riding home through the city... Sometimes the fun part of riding is having someplace worth going to. But as far as traffic goes - this doesn't look so bad to me! NY could use some palm trees. All I see is bumper to bumper traffic EVERYWHERE all day and straight roads. Thank goodness for motorcycles, I would be so frustrated sitting in a car there. Plus the guy passed a bus on the right in the right lane. You don't have to go that far, just go up the Bronx River Pkwy or Merritt Pkwy. Scenic, curvy roads with more flowing traffic. ps.
