Yeah I don’t know if it is worth it – maybe if I were taking my helmet off all the time during rides, or maybe if it were half the cost…

I’ve found where to buy it (from Italy), … is it worth it, though? $32 US dollars total, for purchase & delivery.

So if you had to put your helmet down for just a minute (not long enough to justify putting it on the helmet lock) without the risk of dropping it – would it be safe to say that the mirrors are one of the better places?

Generally hang it on the lower or rear pegs by the straps. Hopefully, the helmet would survive a 1 foot drop.
