Researchers discover motorcycles reduce congestion…
Feb 13th, 2012 by CityBiker1
Not exactly breaking news… But it’s always nice to see stuff that confirms what we already know. The study found that when 10% of passenger cars were replaced by motorcycles, the effect is that it reduced “lost vehicle hours” (caused by traffic) by 40%. You can read the paper here. But more importantly, in addition to all this thorough research, does anyone else think the guy sounds a little like Stewey from the Family Guy at times? (Especially when he says Leuven).

Nice. Thanks for finding and posting this. It is very important to have this type of info to support the progressiveness of motorcycling.
Maybe you already know about this, but check out this event I came across today. Ride to Work day – June 18th.

Seems to fit here. And, as if we needed an excuse, a good reason to take the cycle to work.
